ALPro PC & Software Solutions is committed to providing excellent customer support services to our clients. We understand that technical issues can arise at any time, which is why we offer support within regular business hours, as well as after hours, holiday, and weekend support.

Our regular business hours are Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00, during which we charge R450 per hour for remote support. This support covers regular iQ / IT technical issues, such as troubleshooting and resolving software and hardware problems, installing and configuring software, and other related services.

For after-hours, holiday, and weekend support, we charge R850 per hour. We understand that these times are outside of regular business hours, and we want to ensure that our clients receive the support they need when they need it.

It’s important to note that the rates mentioned above are only for regular iQ / IT remote support and do not include additional or supplemental work based on new development requests or new project needs and requirements. Custom requests will be evaluated and quoted separately based on the scope of the project, the time required, and any other relevant factors.
